Split your group into teams of 4-5 (or more). Each team must come up with over-the-top, aerobics-like actions for the memory verse. (Give groups 10 minutes to prepare).

Each team takes turns leads the rest of the group in their ‘memorobics routine’, reciting the verse while leading the actions.

Pump some Oldies music or your favourite workout playlist to get your group "ready to sweat!"
